The Highlights

Honorary Chairs Isabel and Ruben Toledo

Fashion and arts patrons enjoyed a VIP cocktail party with bites by Dennis Dean; a sneak preview of the art auction curated by Fay Gold and including original artworks by SCAD students, alumni and staff; hors d’oeurvres; live music; and interactive fashion exhibits by select members of the graduating senior class. Art and fashion duo Isabel and Ruben Toledo served as the honorary chairs. Isabel is best known for designing Michelle Obama’s presidential inauguration ensemble, while artist/fashion illustrator Ruben’s work has been featured by Nordstrom, Louis Vuitton, Vogue, The New Yorker, The New York Times and more. The couple recently collaborated on a book “Roots of Style: Weaving Together Life, Love, and Fashion.”
