A posse of young Atlanta ladies gathered for a book-signing by Southern-born and NYC-based socialite/part time handbag designer Tinsley Mortimer. The blonde authoress has translated her glamorous society life into a fictional debut novel entitled Southern Charm. In keeping with the theme, the event was a charming affair--from the gracious hostess in her trademark ringlets and princess pouf dress, to the pink Hypnotiq cocktails and a sweets table laden with pastel cupcakes, macarons and other petite treats.  In fact, the macarons were most fitting as The New York Times  recently declared Southern Charm “ a pink Ladurée macaron of a novel.”
